I tried to get an appointment, nothing that came up really worked for me. The decent times were either too far out or just at awkward times, so I ended up giving up and going somewhere else. Frustrating, honestly.

I had a hard time figuring out the right dosage. It felt vague, and I kind of think they could’ve done a better job explaining it so people aren’t left guessing.

The package pretty much made it obvious what was inside, which felt kind of suspicious to me. I expected it to be more discreet, but one look at the parcel and you could basically guess what I ordered.

I tried this a while back, maybe in March or April, I can’t remember exactly, and I didn’t feel like it was great value for money. The price seemed high for what I actually got, and I was expecting a bit more. It might work better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it, and I probably wouldn’t use it again...

I’ve popped onto myremedy.co.nz a few times now when I’ve been looking for certain products, and the experience has been mostly fine. The website itself is easy to get around, which I appreciate, but I did run into a few moments where something I wanted appeared to be listed and then wasn’t actually available. It’s a little frustrating when you’re ready to buy and then find out it’s out of stock. Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad site at all, I just wish the stock levels were updated more regularly so availability felt a bit more reliable.

"Confusing replies, not worth the cost"
I was hoping for clearer communication, especially for what I paid, but the replies were really vague and confusing. I kept feeling like I had to guess what they meant, which was frustrating. If it were cheaper, I might be more forgiving, but at this price I expected better

The practitioner was friendly enough, but the answers felt really basic. I kept thinking, how is this okay for what I paid? I was expecting clearer guidance and a deeper level of knowledge, but it just didn’t feel like I got that.

"The prescription process was honestly a hassle"
I tried using MyRemedy for a prescription, it ended up being way more frustrating than I thought it would be. The steps weren’t very clear, and I kept having to check back like, wait, what’s happening now, am I supposed to do something?
The replies were slow too, so by the time everything finally got sorted, I was already wishing I’d just gone somewhere else. It wasn’t the smooth, simple process I was hoping for.

It was just okay, but not what I was hoping for. It took a bit longer than I expected, and for what I paid, I was hoping it would be better. Overall, I felt a little disappointed.

I’m not totally sure if I’m being too picky, but the pricing just didn’t sit right with me. It felt higher than what I was actually getting in return, and I kept wondering if I was missing something. Maybe it’s worth it for other people, but for me, the value didn’t really feel fair. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the prices came down.

There were a few useful bits here and there, but overall I had a hard time finding clear answers. I felt like I had to dig around more than I should have, and some of the info was a bit confusing. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be explained better.

The weird part is, I went in expecting a straightforward consult, but it ended up feeling rushed and kind of careless. I didn’t really feel like I was being listened to, and the clinical side just didn’t come across as professional enough for me.

I had a consultation with My Remedy and, to be honest, it felt a little rushed to me. I don’t know if they were just busy that day or if I caught them at a bad time, but I didn’t really feel like my questions were properly answered.
I was hoping for more clear guidance, but I ended up leaving a bit more confused than when I started. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it didn’t really feel worth the time or money, and I probably wouldn’t book again...

I reached out to support days ago and I’m still waiting for any kind of reply. i regret not checking how responsive they were before relying on them, because being left hanging like this is really frustrating.

I ordered from My Remedy the product was fine once it finally arrived. The shipping was the frustrating part. Tracking just sat there with no updates for days, and the delivery date kept changing, which left me feeling mentally drained by the whole thing.
I ended up having to chase it up myself, and by that point I was just over it. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I’d definitely think twice about ordering again if I needed something to show up by a certain date
